Service before self is not just something we say, it’s something we believe in at Integrated Advisors Network. Driven by our advisors’ success, we hold “service before self” as one of our key tenets. Our primary role is to answer our advisors’ needs so they can deliver a positive and complete solution to their clients. We set aside personal achievements to do so when delivering support to our teammates and advisors. This is how we do business with our advisors, our partners and our communities.
And since it’s National Volunteer Appreciation Week, we wanted to celebrate our team members all over the country that take the time to give service to their communities, supporting causes they care about.
Our Team Members Offer Service to Their Communities
- We love pets all around, so our team members volunteer their time at several animal rescue associations. It is important to care for these furry members of our communities providing shelter, care and more.
- Children are our future, and our team donates countless hours and resources to organizations that support children and their families, whether that is through a sport like cycling or rodeo, or creating lasting change in the lives of the unhoused members of our communities.
- Community philanthropy is going strong in our team members’ towns, with grassroots efforts in several cities to build and rebuild neighborhoods through churches, business groups and national charity organizations.

We put our team and advisors needs before ours. With a foundation of trust and support as our guiding principles, that glue keeps our family together. We find joy in what we do in our work, at home and in our communities, and we’re big on kindness and respect. We make intentional actions and decisions to benefit others. If it’s important to them — it’s important to us. It’s a reminder that we’re part of something bigger than ourselves, contributing to a greater cause.
