This year’s Integrated Advisor Summit was a smashing success. The Advisor Summit took place in St. Petersburg, Florida at the historic Vinoy waterfront resort. And this year, we were also celebrating Integrated Advisors Network’s 10th year! Although our advisors had many different reasons for attending this year’s Summit — networking with sponsors, interacting with exhibits, informative speaker presentations and time for professional development — we learned that they loved just spending time with each other and with the Integrated team.
What We Learned at the Advisor Summit
Day one kicked off with the Women of Wealth Management (WOW) gathering for their annual luncheon, now in its second year. This group meets to share opportunities and strategies to continue building success for female financial leaders. As part of our 10-year anniversary we shared Advisor origin stories including some of the family-owned multi-generational advisor firms who continually share best practices for building firms that last with us.
In his first year as a speaker, Paul Marks from Beta Test Improv was a hit in the afternoon, encouraging the Advisor audience to be creative, take risks and nurture customer and coworker relationships. Advisors then enjoyed 1-on-1 time with informative sponsors followed by a kick-off cocktail reception in the spectacular Tea Garden at the Vinoy.
On day two, highlights included our own Danielle Tyler with Scary Tales with Compliance & Cyber Security along with Tammy Jutras from Visory. The afternoon brought together more experts offering key insights into private investments, markets, using data for growth, risk management and more. Golden Hour was especially popular featuring George Amidon from Invesco Global Consulting. The evening’s revelry included dinner, games and music on the Bayview Terrace at the Vinoy. The evening also included a celebratory toast to our 10th year and Jeff Groves’ well-deserved retirement.
The final day of the Summit started with a mimosa/bloody mary bar and even more incredible speakers, building momentum for the Integrated Team Town Hall, where Integrated shared valuable information and answered advisor questions.

Between the different networking opportunities like opening night cocktails, coffee with custodians, meals and meeting with exhibitors, our advisors gleaned ample insights for taking their firms to the next level again this year. Year after year, we love seeing our advisors grow, learn and share their successes with us and each other.
