We recently wrapped up our eighth annual Integrated Advisors Summit. Last month, a group of advisors and partners came together at the Phoenician Resort in Scottsdale to share insights and expertise, meet our technology partners, and enjoy the beautiful desert scenery. Here are a few highlights from the week!
Keynote Session: Kristin Harad, Full Advisor Coaching
On Wednesday, our keynote speaker, Kristin Harad, led the group through an illuminating exercise called “Envision Version 2.0.” The task at hand: to imagine ourselves three years from now, when our businesses have grown, are more efficient, and simply work better. The question Harad asked us to ponder: How did we actually get there?
Advisors spend a lot of time thinking about growth, but as much time envisioning and game-planning the specific steps that need to take place to achieve it. Harad’s exercise offered valuable lessons in thinking creatively about growth and how to build a successful roadmap.
Reconnecting at the Orchid Lawn and Jokake Inn
One of the things that makes the Summit special is the opportunity for our advisors to get to connect with each other. We’re proud to have built something in Integrated that feels like more than a home office to our advisors — a genuine community where people see each other not just as professional resources, but as friends. Over drinks at the Orchid Lawn and dinner at the historic Jokake Inn, we ate, drank, listened to live music, and line danced in the shadow of saguaros. A memorable evening!
Education and Professional Development
We were thrilled to have a wonderful group of presenters across the three days of Summit. Their insights and market perspective were invaluable for our advisors, and we’re proud to work with so many partners who provide solutions that help our advisors better serve their clients.
Golf, Pickleball, and a Cooking Workshop
It wouldn’t be the Summit without a few opportunities to kick back and have some fun. In addition to soaking up the incredible views and mountains of Scottsdale from the Phoenician, groups broke out on Thursday afternoon for a round of golf, pickleball, and a culinary class where participants learned how to build a legendary charcuterie board.
Looking forward to next year
It’s not too early to be excited for next year’s Summit, is it? We’re already counting down the days until next year, when we’ll reconvene at the Ritz-Carlton Las Colinas in Dallas for our ninth annual Summit.
A sincere thank-you to all the sponsors whose support made this year’s event possible — and, as always, to the advisors who make the Integrated family what it is.
